For any reason or no reason, at someone or to yourself, smile.

The World Smile Games Challenge List

This is a list of many smile challenges, which will be used to make up the World Smile Games challenges. They include the first challenge, the original ten challenges and the Seven Great Smiles of Happiness.

You can do the challenges available in the app as often as you want, in any order, skipping challenges if you like. Within the app you can select which of the available challenges you want to include in your World Smile Games challenge list. However, these are some suggestions for ways to do them and to add some extra challenge to your smiling.

  • Try to do 5 or even 10 challenges in a day
  • Do 1 challenge every day for 1 week and then keep going
  • Do 1 challenge in the morning, one at lunch and one in the evening
  • Do 3 challenges on the way to work
  • Do a challenge first thing in the morning
  • Do your favorite challenge every day and one or two others
  • Do a couple of extra challenges when you know you have a particularly hard day
  • Try to do 5 challenges in a morning or an afternoon
  • Do 14 or even 21 challenges in 1 day
  • Any combination of the ideas above

Feel free to tell us how you are using the app, and give us any suggestions you have on ways to use it.

Every few weeks the list will be updated with new challenges. Many of the new challenges will be based on the World Smile Games mindful smiling idea. Please leave comments on the challenges you enjoyed or did not like, and any suggestions for ones you might like to see added into the list.

If someone smiles at you, smile back

This is the last challenge on the list and is also a very important one to remember to do, even on days when it is not one of the official smile challenges.
